We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every Cuddlo order. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All original tags are intact

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale/discounted products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards


2. How to Request a Return

Email support@cuddlo.in with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (for damaged/defective products)

We’ll review and respond within 2 business days.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

  • Shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at support@cuddlo.in.
