1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted if:

Initiated within 7 days of delivery

Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

All original tags are intact
Non-returnable items:

Sale/discounted products

Customized or personalized items

Gift cards
2. How to Request a Return
Email support@cuddlo.in with:

Reason for return

Photos (for damaged/defective products)
We’ll review and respond within 2 business days.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

Shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at support@cuddlo.in.
